IVidea’s management insists that all our customer facing employees and consultants understand both, the business side and the technology.  We assembled a team of experts with unique experiences that span over  20 years each. All of us have been in executive management positions of small and/or large companies, we have many years of experience in business management, technology and finance and we speak both, the technology and the business language.

Frank Kleinhammes, Founder & CEO

Frank is the Founder and CEO of IVidea, Inc., He has a 22-year background in business & technology, held executive positions at companies including Q4bis, Advanced Product Engineering, Inc., ETM Entertainment Network, Tickets.com, Grupo-SMS and worked in executive Business Development positions  for companies such as Sprint and Comdisco. He was born and raised in Germany, graduated with a major in Biology and Geography from the Gymnasium Leichlingen and later studied Business Administration and Economics at the RWTH University of Aachen, Germany. Frank resides in Aliso Viejo, California with his wife and three children.

Terrence Yacap, COO

Prior to joining IVidea, Terrence was Managing Partner of LAWA Consultants and Vice President and COO of ICI. He was the Deputy Program Manager for the IT Security Master Plan at Los Angeles World Airports, which include LAX, Ontario International, Burbank and Palmdale Airports. He is responsible for a $135 million dollar budget and over 100 consultants and contractors from IBM, HP, Cisco, Computer Associates, Parsons and DMJM. Mr. Yacap holds double BA's from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) in Political Science and History. He is also certified as an ISO 9001:2000 Lead Auditor and Six Sigma Black Belt. He resides in Aliso Viejo, California with his wife and their three children.
